【報名費用及截止日】
114 年 9 月 9 日（二）上午9:00 - 114 年 9 月 16 日（二）下午6:00 （第五、六站同時開放報名）

報名費為新台幣 $5,000 元（已包含擊球費用）

＊請於賽事註冊成功後兩日內完成匯款
＊報名時若為候補名單，請勿繳費

【 分組表及開球時間 】
開球時間約為上午 10:30，確切時間於賽事前三天公布：
第五站（114 年 10 月 4 日）- 於 114 年 10 月 1 日（三）公布
第六站（114 年 10 月 11 日）- 於 114 年 10 月 8 日（三）公布

【退款辦法】
1. 辦理請假者，請發送請假通知至 JGL官方信箱 (info@jgl.tw)，以email收件日為請假日。
2. 退款規定
a. 於 114 年 9 月 22 日（含）前 辦理請假者，將扣除新台幣 200 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。
b. 第五站：於 114 年 9 月 23 日（含）至 10 月 3 日（含）期間辦理請假者，退還已繳費用之 50%。
第六站：於 114 年 9 月 23 日（含）至 10 月 10 日（含）期間辦理請假者，退還已繳費用之 50%。
c. 於 賽事當日 辦理請假，不予退費。除申請病假者，請提交正式就醫證明，將扣除新台幣 200 元整作為手續費，其餘費用退還。

【 Entry Fee & Deadline 】
September 9– 16, 2025: No limit on the number of events, Leg 5 and Leg 6 registration opens at the same time.

Entry fee is NTD$5,000 (Green fee included)

＊If you are placed on the waitlist at the time of registration, please do not make any payment.

To be announced three days prior to the event.
Leg 5 (4th Oct. 2025): To be announced on 1st Oct. 2025
Leg 6 (11th Oct. 2025): to be announced on 8th Oct. 2025

【 Refund Policy 】
1. A withdrawal request MUST be emailed to official JGL email address at info@jgl.tw. The date of the email receipt will be considered the official applied date.
2. Refund guidelines 退款規定
a. Withdrawal on or before September 22, 2025, a handling fee of NTD $200 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
b. Leg 5: Withdrawal between September 23 and October 3, 2025 – 50% of the paid fee will be deducted.
Leg 6: Withdrawal between September 23 and October 10, 2025 – 50% of the paid fee will be deducted.
c. Withdrawal on event day: No refund, unless valid medical proof is provided (NTD 200 fee applies).
